The Board of Reinet Investments Manager S.A. announces the results of Reinet Investments S.C.A. for the quarter ended
31 December 2022.



 Key financial data
 •          Reinet’s net asset value of € 5 795 million reflects a compound growth rate of 9.1 per cent
            per annum in euro terms, since March 2009, including dividends paid

 •          The net asset value at 31 December 2022 reflects an increase of € 354 million or 6.5 per cent
            from € 5 441 million at 30 September 2022

 •          Net asset value per share at 31 December 2022: € 31.88 (30 September 2022: € 29.93,
            31 December 2021: € 27.98)
 •          Commitments totalling € 284 million in respect of new and existing investments were made
            during the quarter including a new commitment of € 280 million in respect of Coatue funds

 •          Commitments of € 59 million funded in the quarter

 •          Dividends from British American Tobacco during the period amounted to € 30 million
