DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY AN EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Mr Völkel had a total of 59 508 Executive Retention Scheme shares vest. He
exercised all the options of which he sold 26 874 to cover the taxation on
these options and he retained 32 634.
Under the company’s minimum shareholding requirements, introduced two years
ago, Mr Völkel is required to hold shares to the equivalent of 100% of his
fixed remuneration. As of 30 June 2022, Mr Völkel has a shareholding of 272 232
shares equating to 94% of his fixed remuneration. Directors have a period of 5
years from the adoption of the policy to accumulate their holdings.
