DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY AN EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Mr EK de Klerk had a total of 25 406 Executive Retention Scheme shares vest. He
exercised all the options of which he sold 11 473 to cover the taxation on
these options and he retained 13 933.
Under the company’s minimum shareholding requirements, introduced two years
ago, Mr de Klerk is required to hold shares to the equivalent of 100% of his
fixed remuneration. As of 30 June 2022, Mr de Klerk has a shareholding of
3 234 484 shares equating to 811% of his fixed remuneration. Directors have a
period of 5 years from the adoption of the policy to accumulate their holdings.
