Shareholders are further referred to the SENS announcement dated 24 August 2022, in which shareholders were advised that, whilst Encha Properties remains a long-term strategic shareholder in Vukile, it does intend to dispose of 5 500 000 Vukile shares in order to reduce its loan capital balance with Investec, as previously committed to. Prior to the transaction detailed below, Encha Properties has disposed of 3 436 790 Vukile shares out of the intended 5 500 000 shares.
