The Company announces that on 06 January 2023, Neil Murphy, CEO, acquired 44,483 ordinary shares of £0.01
each in the Company. Following the purchase, he has a beneficial holding of 3,735,424 ordinary shares,
representing 1.56% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
