The Company announces that on 1 February 2023, Neil Murphy, CEO, acquired 50,794 ordinary shares of £0.01
each in the Company. Following the purchase, he has a beneficial holding of 3,786,218 ordinary shares,
representing 1.58% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
