The remaining 67% of the forfeitable awards will vest in two tranches in March 2024 and March
2025, subject to the employment conditions being met. The remaining ordinary shares underlying
the forfeitable awards will be held in a non-tradable account. The ordinary shares will remain
restricted until such time as vesting occurs.

Clearance to deal in terms of the JSE Listings Requirements was obtained.
