The following trades took place in terms of a specific authority to repurchase “N” ordinary shares granted
by Brimstone shareholders on 30 May 2022 (“Specific Authority”), which enables Septen Investments
Proprietary Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Brimstone, to repurchase the “N” ordinary shares from
participants of the Brimstone Investment Corporation Limited Forfeitable Share Plan (“Brimstone FSP”).
Details of the Specific Authority are contained in the notice of annual general meeting to Brimstone
shareholders, dated 28 April 2022.
