The Company announces that on 22 June 2023, Neil Murphy, CEO, sold 950,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each
in the Company, for personal and family estate planning purposes. Following the sale, he will retain a beneficial
holding of 2,836,218 ordinary shares, representing 1.18% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
Neil remains fully committed to the Company, with no intention to sell further shares for a period of at least 12
months. The Company will not receive any proceeds from the sale.
