of the dealing in securities by a prescribed officer of Spear (“Officer”) are disclosed in the
table below.The Officer disposed of a number of Spear shares, inter alia, for purposes of
settling certain of his tax obligations, which disposal only marginaly reduces the Officer’s
existing shareholding in Spear.
