In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Hammerson announces today that its Non-
Executive Director, Adam Metz, has been appointed with effect from 30 March 2022
as a Non-Executive Director of Seritage Growth Properties, a real estate investment
trust listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
