FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT – CHANGE OF NAME


Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Services of the JSE Limited
("JSE") ("SENS") on Thursday, 30 December 2021 wherein shareholders were advised that the Malta Business
Registry had issued a Provisional Certificate of Continuation to Lighthouse, and that the Company's redomicile from
Mauritius to Malta would be effective from Wednesday, 29 December 2021. In addition, Lighthouse confirmed that
the Company's name would change from "Lighthouse Capital Limited" to "Lighthouse Properties plc".

The final salient dates and times relating to the change of name are set out below.
