UPDATE ON THE DISPOSAL OF THE INTEREST IN AL TAYER STOCKS LLC
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service on 31
August 2021 wherein shareholders were advised that the resolutions required to implement the
transaction ("Transaction") in terms of which Stefanutti Stocks International Holdings Proprietary
Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Stefanutti Stocks (“the Seller”), will dispose of its 49% interest in
Al Tayer Stocks LLC to Investment Trading Group LLC (or its nominee).
Shareholders are now advised that, in accordance with the terms of the sale and purchase agreement
regulating the implementation of the Transaction, the Seller has received the initial purchase
consideration due in terms of the Transaction and it is expected that the Transaction will be
implemented fully in due course.
