RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 21 June 2022 by the
Company, regarding a potential acquisition (“Acquisition”).

Novus Holdings is still in progress of negotiating final terms of the Acquisition, which, if successfully
concluded, may have a material effect on the price of the Company’s securities.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in Novus Holdings’
securities until a further announcement is made.
