 Holders of the Notes’ expiry on 24 January 2023 (see the related securities above).

 At the close of the JSE on the Expiry Date the respective Final Index Level did not exceed the Initial Index Level, but
 Investec will pay no Cash Settlement Amount, because there are no Holders of the Notes.

 Any captalised terms referred to herein, and not defined, shall bear the meanings ascribed thereto in the Note issue
 documentation.
