All capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement shall bear the meanings ascribed to them in the Category 2 Announcement. Shareholders are advised that all conditions precedent listed in the Category 2 Announcement in relation to the Gumboot Sale Agreement, the Epping Sale Agreement, the Sebenza Sale Agreement and the Settlement Agreement have been fulfilled and, accordingly, the transactions contemplated in such agreements are now unconditional and was implemented on Tuesday, 7 February 2023.
