Grand Parade Investments Limited (JSE:GPL) or 'GPI', is an established empowerment company, with holdings in the food and gaming sectors. The Company was founded in 1997 for the principle purpose of partnering with Sun International (JSE:SUI) as its primary black economic empowerment partner in the Western Cape.

GPI listed on the main board of the JSE in 2008 and since then has grown its gaming investment portfolio. More recently, GPI diversified into the food sector, through the acquisition of master franchise licences for BURGER KING® in South Africa and a stake in the restaurant franchise group Spur Corporation Limited (JSE:SUR).

GPI also owns or has investments in Atlas Gaming Technologies, GPI Properties, Grand Meats and Mac Brothers.
