The JSE Limited has granted a listing of IPFG02 on the sustainability segment of the JSE with effect from 23
February 2023. The Notes are classified as “Sustainability use of Proceeds Debt Securities”, the proceeds of
which will be used exclusively to notionally finance and/or refinance, on a portfolio basis, Eligible Green
Projects, which may include Eligible Green Projects. Investors should study the Applicable Pricing
Supplement (“Pricing Supplement”) for full details of the terms and conditions applicable to these Notes.
