             AUTOMATIC EXERCISE OF IMBIIE AUTOCALL NOTES (AUTOCALLS) ON 13 MARCH 2023

Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above Autocall Notes (“Autocalls”), hereby notifies Holders of the potential
automatic Exercise on 13 March 2023 (see the related securities above).

On 13 March 2023 (the Valuation Date and Exercise Date), the conditions for Exercise were met, therefore Autocalls
were Exercised and expired on 13 March 2023. The Holders are entitled to a Cash Settlement Amount determined as
follows:

 Condition for Exercise                       Closing level of the Underlying Asset on 13 March 2023, multiplied by
                                              the Share Adjustment Factor, is greater than the Initial Asset Price
