APPOINTMENT OF DAWN MAROLE AS A NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Shareholders are advised that in accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements,
the board is delighted to announce the appointment of Ms Dawn Marole as an independent non-
executive director of Sun International with effect from 12 May 2022.

Dawn, who holds a BCom (Accounting) from the University of Zululand and a MBA from Northern
Eastern University Boston in the USA as well as having completed the EDP programme from Wartons
School of Business in Philadelphia, USA, is the executive chairman of Executive Magic (Pty) Ltd, which
is an investment holding company in South Africa.

In addition to serving on the boards of Santam Limited, Shoprite Holdings Limited and Resilient REIT
Limited, Dawn was previously a director of Tsogo Sun Holdings, MTN Group and African Bank and
served on the Policy Board for Financial Services and Regulation as well as on the Presidential Review
Committee for State Owned Enterprises.

The board welcomes Dawn as a director to the Sun International board and looks forward to her
contributions towards the group.
