            AUTOMATIC EXERCISE OF ELVIIA AUTOCALL NOTES (AUTOCALLS) ON 03 APRIL 2023

As announced on 20 March 2023, Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above Autocall Notes (“Autocalls”), hereby
notifies Holders of the automatic Exercise on 03 April 2023 (see the related securities above).

On 03 April 2023 (the Valuation Date and Exercise Date), the conditions for Exercise were met, therefore the Autocalls
were Exercised and expired on 03 April 2023. The Holders are entitled to a Cash Settlement Amount determined as
follows:
