automatic Exercise on 9 June 2023 (see the related securities above). If the conditions for Exercise are fulfilled the
Autocalls will be automatically Exercised on 9 June 2023.

 Condition for Exercise                   The closing level of the Underlying Asset on 9 June 2023, multiplied by the
                                          Dividend Adjustment Performance, is greater than 90% multiplied by the Initial
                                          Asset Price.
