                                                CONDITIONAL COUPON

As announced on 18 May 2023, Investec Bank Limited, as Issuer of the above Autocall Notes (“Autocalls”), hereby
notifies Holders of the Coupon payable.

On 30 May 2023 (the valuation Date), the conditions for the Coupon to be paid were met and Holders are entitled to a
Cash Settlement Amount determined as follows.

 Conditions for Coupon Payment            Closing level of all Underlying Indices on 30 May 2023 are greater than the
                                          respective Initial Index Levels multiplied by 85%
