The shares reported on in this notification are owned by accounts under the discretionary investment management of one or more of the investment management companies affiliated with The Capital Group Companies Inc. The requisite notice in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act has been filed with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
