automatic Exercise on 20 June 2023 (see the related securities above). If the conditions for Exercise are fulfilled the
Autocalls will be automatically Exercised on 20 June 2023.

 Condition for Exercise                   The closing level of the Underlying Asset on 20 June 2023, multiplied by the
                                          Dividend Adjustment Performance, is greater than 90% multiplied by the Initial
                                          Asset Price.
