Further to the share purchase programme announced on 21 November 2022 (“share repurchase
programme”), the following purchases were made:

Investec Limited purchases of Investec PLC ordinary shares - JSE

Investec Limited (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of Investec
plc’s ordinary shares of 0.0002 pence each through Investec Markets Proprietary Limited.

Lowest price paid per share                                     R98.5600

The Company intends to treat the shares as if they were treasury shares in the consolidated annual
financial statements of the Investec Group.

Since 3rd of October, the Company has purchased 19,189,594 shares at a cost (including dealing and
associated costs) of R1,972,307,116.05

Limited’s ordinary shares of R0.0002 each through Investec Markets Proprietary Limited.

The repurchased Investec Limited shares will be cancelled and reinstated as authorised but unissued
shares in the share capital of Investec Limited.

Since 21st of November 2022, the Company has purchased 10,422,326 shares at a cost (including dealing
and associated costs) of R1,116,789,433.62

The Investment Firm mandate to execute the share repurchase programme was renewed to commence
from Tuesday, 30 May 2023 and will end on or before Friday, 29 September 2023.
