Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above Autocall Notes (“Autocalls”), hereby notifies Holders of the automatic
Exercise on14 June 2023 (see the related securities above).

On 14 June 2023 (the Valuation Date and Exercise Date), the conditions for Exercise were met, therefore Autocalls were
Exercised and expired on 14 June 2023. The Holders are entitled to a Cash Settlement Amount determined as follows:
