Shareholders are advised that the 2023 integrated annual report (“IAR”) is available on the Company’s website at

Notice of AGM
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of Invicta will be held entirely through electronic
communication on Wednesday, 13 September 2023 at 09:00, to transact the business as set out in the notice of AGM.
The notice of AGM has been distributed to shareholders today, 30 June 2023 and is also available on the Company’s
website at https://www.invictaholdings.co.za/annual-reports/.

The salient dates for the AGM are as follows:
