The group operates through two main divisions:
Capital Equipment Group
The Capital Equipment Group consists of local and international companies and divisions which operate in the supply of agricultural, construction and forklift equipment with a strong original and after-market spare parts base. All business units are supported and enhanced by strong, centralised services such as finance, administration, legal, merchandising, transport, training and human resources. The group includes Landboupart, Northmec, NHSA Agricultural Parts, HPE Africa, Disa Equipment, CASE Construction South Africa, CSE, ESP Africa, Kian Ann Engineering, Criterion and Shamrock Handling Concepts.
Engineering Solutions Group (ESG)
ESG’s activities include the international sourcing of leading brands, the distribution of premium engineering components and consumables, technical support, value-added assembly and the bespoke manufacturing of components into customised systems and solutions for end-user customers, with a widespread network. Supported by shared services, the ESG group is comprised of Bearing Man Group (BMG), Screen Doctor, INDUSTRI Tools & Equipment, OST Africa, Autobax and ESG Exports.
