SECONDARY LISTING ON A2X


Shareholders are hereby advised that the Company’s ordinary shares will be listed for trade on the A2X exchange
with effect from 12 July 2023 (the “A2X Listing Date”).

Lighthouse’s primary listing on the JSE Limited and its issued share capital will be unaffected by the secondary
listing on A2X. Lighthouse ordinary shares will commence trading on A2X from the A2X Listing Date.

A2X is a licensed stock exchange authorised to provide a secondary listing venue for companies and licensed as
an exchange under the Financial Markets Act of South Africa, 2012 (Act 19 of 2012), as amended.
