          AUTOMATIC EXERCISE OF SXEIAK AUTOCALL NOTES (AUTOCALLS) ON 14 August 2023

As announced on 28 July 2023, Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above Autocall Notes (“Autocalls”), hereby
notifies Holders of the automatic Exercise on 14 August 2023 (see the related securities above).

On 14 August 2023 (the Valuation Date and Exercise Date), the conditions for Exercise were met, therefore Autocalls
were Exercised and expired on 14 August 2023. The Holders are entitled to a Cash Settlement Amount determined as
follows:
