VOTING RESULTS IN RESPECT OF THE AMENDMENTS TO THE APPLICABLE PRICING
SUPPLEMENT OF THE IMRP7 PROGRAMME PREFERENCE SHARES

Programme Preference Shareholders are referred to the notice of request for written approval
disseminated by STRATE on 11 August 2023 to the Programme Preference Shareholders CSDP and
announced via SENS on 14 August 2023, in which approval of the written resolutions set out below
was requested.

All of the resolutions were passed by the requisite majority.
