         AUTOMATIC EXERCISE OF ELVIIB AUTOCALL NOTES (AUTOCALLS) ON 04 September 2023

As announced on 18 August 2023, Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above Autocall Notes (“Autocalls”), hereby
notifies Holders of the automatic Exercise on 04 September 2023 (see the related securities above).

On 04 September 2023 (the Valuation Date and Exercise Date), the conditions for Exercise were met, therefore Autocalls
were Exercised and expired on 04 September 2023. The Holders are entitled to a Cash Settlement Amount determined
as follows:

 Condition for Exercise                   Closing level of the Underlying Asset on 04 September 2023 is greater than
