         AUTOMATIC EXERCISE OF SPXIIJ AUTOCALL NOTES (AUTOCALLS) ON 21 SEPTEMBER 2023

As announced on 05 September 2023, Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above Autocall Notes (“Autocalls”),
hereby notifies Holders of the automatic Exercise on 21 September 2023 (see the related securities above).

On 21 September 2023 (the Valuation Date and Exercise Date), the conditions for Exercise were met, therefore the
Autocalls were Exercised and expired on 21 September 2023. The Holders are entitled to a Cash Settlement Amount
determined as follows:
