(“Invesco Advisers”) has acquired an interest in Hudaco ordinary shares, such that the total interest in Hudaco ordinary shares held by Invesco Advisers now amounts to 5.24% of Hudaco’s total issued shares. The board of Hudaco accepts responsibility for the information contained in this announcement and confirms that, to the best of their knowledge and belief, such information is true and this announcement does not omit anything likely to affect the importance of such information included.
