 Investec Bank Limited (“Investec”), as Issuer of the above Structured Product Notes (“Notes”), hereby reminds holders
 of their Note expiry on 9 November 2023 (see the related securities above).

 After the close of the Related Exchanges on the 9 th of November 2023, the Issuer confirms that the final Basket Level
 exceeded the Initial Basket Level, and Investec will pay the Cash Settlement Amount to the Holder of the Note on the
 Cash Settlement Payment Date.
