FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Total Voting Rights and Capital 10 May 2022 The Company announces that 194,637,920 New Shares have today been issued and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange, the secondary listing segment of the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange plc, trading as Euronext Dublin, and the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, to satisfy the valid elections received to participate in the Enhanced Scrip Dividend Alternative from Shareholders holding 3,716,406,719 Shares. In compliance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company announces that its total issued share capital as at 10 May 2022 comprises 4,614,095,081 ordinary shares of 5 pence each with one voting right per share, of which 7,691,247 shares are held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in Hammerson plc is therefore 4,606,403,834. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules and/or the Irish Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007, as amended.
