2023

Holders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 30 November 2023, the conditions for Exercise were not met
and the Autocalls were not automatically exercised on 14 December 2023. The dates referred to in the SENS
announcement dated 30 November 2023 are not applicable.

 Condition for Exercise                   If, on any Valuation Date the ETF Price is greater than or equal to the Initial
                                          ETF Price, the Note shall Automatically Exercise on the relevant Exercise
                                          Date, and the Holder shall be entitled to the Cash Settlement Amount
