         AUTOMATIC EXERCISE OF SXEIAN AUTOCALL NOTES (AUTOCALLS) ON 23 February 2024

As announced on 09 February 2024, Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above Autocall Notes (“Autocalls”), hereby
notifies Holders of the automatic Exercise on 23 February 2024 (see the related securities above).

On 23 February 2024 (the Valuation Date and Exercise Date), the conditions for Exercise were met, therefore Autocalls
were Exercised and expired on 23 February 2024. The Holders are entitled to a Cash Settlement Amount determined
as follows:
