Clearance was given for the above-mentioned transaction in terms of paragraph
3.66 of the Listings Requirements and was an off-market allocation.
The vesting conditions of the options were:
Up to 25% on or after the first anniversary date of acceptance of options;
Up to 50% on or after the second anniversary of the acceptance date;
Up to 75% on or after the third anniversary date; and
Up to 100% on or after the fourth anniversary date.
The contractual life of the options is seven years from the date of grant.
The options exercised vested 100% on 10 December 2019.
