                                 FURTHER TRADING STATEMENT


Further to the initial trading statement published on 8 March 2024, shareholders are advised that
a reasonable degree of certainty exists that, for the six months ended 31 December 2023:

   -   the basic and diluted earnings per share is expected to improve by 148% to 0.55 cents
       when compared to the basic and diluted loss per share of (1.15) cents for the previous
       corresponding prior period; and
   -   the headline earnings per share is expected to improve by 160% to 0.61 cents when
       compared to the headline loss per share of (1.02) cents for the previous corresponding
       prior period.

The information on which this announcement has been based has not been reviewed or reported
on by the Company’s auditors.
