            AUTOMATIC EXERCISE OF SVXIIA AUTOCALL NOTES (AUTOCALLS) ON 25 MARCH 2024

As announced on 08 March 2024, Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above Autocall Notes (“Autocalls”), hereby
notifies Holders of the automatic Exercise on 25 March 2024 (see the related securities above).

On 25 March 2024 (the Valuation Date and Exercise Date), the conditions for Exercise were met, therefore the Autocalls
were Exercised and expired on 25 March 2024. The Holders are entitled to a Cash Settlement Amount determined as
follows:
