NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND AVAILABILITY OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

No change statement
With regard to the results for the year ended 31 December 2023, shareholders are advised that the audited
annual financial statements (‘results’) contain no modifications to the reviewed condensed financial
statements which were made available via the JSE cloudlink and the Company’s weblink on 12 March 2024.
Further there have been no changes to the unqualified auditor’s report which accompanied the reviewed
condensed financial statements.
