As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, Bidvest has filed the required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel. In making this announcement, the Bidvest Board has relied on the accuracy of the information contained in the notification from JPMorgan Chase & Co. and accepts responsibility for such information as it relates to the Company.
