New Financial Instrument Listing Announcement – IBL240

Application has been made to the JSE Limited (“JSE”) for the listing of R100,000,000 (one
hundred million Rand) senior unsecured fixed rate Notes (stock code IBL240), under
Investec Bank Limited’s Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share Programme,
dated 17 March 2021.

The IBL240 Notes will be issued to Noteholders on the date of listing being 18 July 2022
with effect from commencement of trade.
