New Financial Instrument Listing Announcement – IBL243
Application has been made to the JSE Limited (“JSE”) for the listing of R79,000,000 (seventy
nine million Rand) senior unsecured mixed rate Notes (stock code IBL243), under Investec
Bank Limited’s Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share Programme, dated 17
March 2021.
The IBL243 Notes will be issued to Noteholders on the date of listing being 4 August 2022
with effect from commencement of trade.
