New Financial Instrument Listing Announcement – IBL224

Application has been made to the JSE Limited (“JSE”) for the listing of R50,000,000 (fifty
million Rand) senior unsecured fixed rate Notes (stock code IBL224), under Investec Bank
Limited’s Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share Programme, dated 17 March
2021.

The IBL224 Notes will be issued to Noteholders on the date of listing being 17 May 2022
with effect from commencement of trade.
