EXTENSION TO THE DISTRIBUTION DATE OF THE OFFEROR CIRCULAR
1. INTRODUCTION
Novus shareholders are referred to the firm intention announcement (“FIA”) released on
SENS on 15 November 2024, wherein they were advised of the proposed mandatory
offer to Mustek Limited shareholders by Novus.
2. EXTENSION TO THE POSTING DATE OF THE NOVUS OFFER CIRCULAR
2.1. In terms of the FIA, Novus shareholders were advised, inter alia, that Novus
would distribute a circular (“Offeror Circular”) to Mustek shareholders within 20
(twenty) business days of the date of publication of the FIA, being on or about
Friday, 13 December 2024 (“Posting Date”).
2.2. Novus shareholders are advised that, in terms of Regulation 102 (2)(b) of the
Takeover Regulations, the TRP has granted an extension to the Posting Date, in
terms of which the Offeror Circular will be distributed by Novus on or about 14
March 2025.
