New Financial Instrument Listing Announcement – IBL244

Application has been made to the JSE Limited (“JSE”) for the listing of R75,000,000
(seventy-five million Rand) senior unsecured fixed rate Notes (stock code IBL244), under
Investec Bank Limited’s Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share Programme,
dated 17 March 2021.

The IBL244 Notes will be issued to Noteholders on the date of listing being 16 August 2022
with effect from commencement of trade.
