An adjustment has been made to decrease the issue size of IBLTEN to zero units and IBLTEN will subsequently
terminate. This suspension will be effective from Thursday, 3 April 2025 and the delisting thereof will be effective at
commencement of business on Tuesday, 8 April 2025. The structured product is exercisable only in accordance with
the terms and conditions as set out in the relevant offering circular.

There are no holders of IBLTEN therefore no settlement is applicable.
